Help with Background Colors

Hi All -

I recently ran an update on my computer and now have FCP X Version 10.2.3. As an intro to videos, I previously used a title slide over a custom generator that I customized to navy blue.

After running the update, I can no longer figure out how to change the color of the custom generator. All previously used titles reverted to black, so I cannot copy and paste an old one.

Can anyone help with this? It is the background behind a title slide and I can't figure out how to customize the color. The option no longer exists when I go into inspector.
